In 2024, the Lowcountry team surpassed their service goals by reaching 740 students across four counties and delivering 3,016 services, exceeding their target by 7%. A key achievement was the expansion into Barnwell County, enabling support for students in Blackville and Williston who face academic challenges due to limited healthcare access.

Tiffine Forester joined as the leader of student services in Barnwell and Bamberg counties, while Mason Farmer was promoted to full-time Student Services Coordinator in Hampton County.

Looking ahead to 2025, the Lowcountry team aims to empower students and strengthen health and education connections, prioritizing the expansion of their network of providers to better meet student needs.
